The hotel was a disappointing experience overall for a four-star rating. The rooms were mediocre with a view of a concrete car park and buses, paper cups for tea and coffee, and a spa that required forms and booking in advance only to find a small pool. However, my room, although standard, had a super king bed, complimentary bottled water, and even Earl Grey tea, which I appreciated. The cleanliness was a letdown due to overflowing towel containers and a wet floor.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely fabulous! The rooms were excellent, with a fabulous bed and lots of space to relax. The breakfast was top-notch. However, the check-in time being slightly delayed was a minor inconvenience.
